Job Title Junior Talent Sourcer
Location Remote
Time Zone US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Sourcer with a strong agency foundation to join our team and help build top-of-funnel talent pipelines at scale. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across a wide spectrum of roles — including high-volume sales positions and specialised tech functions. This is a client-facing role: you will engage directly with hiring stakeholders, participate in screening conversations, and join client interview panels. The right candidate is a self-starter who can move fast without sacrificing quality, and who communicates with clarity and professionalism across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for high-volume sales and technical roles
• Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and creative outreach techniques
• Conduct initial candidate screens via phone or video to assess culture fit, availability, and role alignment
• Represent the recruitment function on client-facing calls and interviews, communicating professionally on behalf of the business
• Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to align sourcing strategies with role requirements and business priorities
• Track sourcing activity, outreach metrics, and pipeline health within the ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Contribute to job description development and candidate-facing messaging to attract the right talent
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from first touch through to handoff
Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience from within a recruitment agency (non-negotiable)
• Proven sourcing capability across both sales and technology roles, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to hold client-facing conversations and participate in formal interviews
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously without loss of quality or attention to detail
• Fully remote-ready with demonstrated experience working in distributed teams across US or UK time zones
• Proficient with remote work tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS or CRM platforms
• Applications from candidates without agency background or US/UK remote work experience will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent communities for hard-to-fill or niche roles
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate nurture campaigns
• Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools
• Comfortable reporting on outreach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics
Tools & Technology
• LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• ATS platform (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar)
• Google Workspace
• Slack, Zoom, and remote collaboration tools
• Sourcing automation or outreach tools (e.g., Gem, Outreach, or similar) a plus
Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps — the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
