Job Description 

The main focus of this team is to receive & distribute all samples quickly & efficiently to all internal cross functional teams, directly supporting the essential work before the items go-live on site or in stores. Samples are shipped directly to our Global Home Office, where the Sample Library Team receives, records, & assigns each item appropriately with speed and efficiency providing traceability to all cross functional partners.

The Sample Library team demands a physical work component, along with technical skills to operate our technology platform and Analytical skills to evolve current processes. Responsibilities include managing the Sample Inventory Technology Platform, pulling reports, forecasting, anticipating obstacles, assisting cross functional partners, lifting boxes, sorting, auditing, storing, & completing requests

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Sort, store, process, and distribute samples in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership • Cross Functional Departments: E-commerce, Merchant/ Sourcing, Visual Merchandising, Product Channel Merchandising, & Corporate Development

• Able to meet departmental productivity and accuracy standards
• Keep work area clean and always organized
• Ability to utilize computers and scanners
• Utilize Sample Library Technology Platform, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Engage in training, team building, meetings, and personal development
• Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with company policies
