About Position :-
Position: " Coordinator - Procurement Compliance & Service ”
Location:-Bangalore
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Become a valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance & Service team and satisfy the customer demand by coordinating with our clients internal and external team. This person will be part of a global team that is more focused about the customer satisfaction and work with lot of business etiquettes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the customer demand and provide the support on-time.
• Analyze customer demands and get the proper input from our clients Internal team and derive the result to the end-customers.
• Regular follow-up with the team to get the data and meet the deliverables.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
• Utilize MS Office Skills, most importantly Excel and Word
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SCOPE:
The job holder must be capable of working independently and part of a team on procurement data analysis. It will require an understanding of business procurement processes and issues affecting the global organization. To be effective they must possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical environments and utilize business analytic methodologies.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Electronics
PREFERRED:
Customer Support Service experience
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Required:
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support services.
• Very good communication skills with good business etiquettes.
• E-mail communication with the business standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Preferred
• Experience in Microsoft office like Excel, PowerPoint
• Understanding of SAP Procurement systems and processes (added advantage)
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Required:
• Communication Skills: Very good in verbal communication and e-mail communication. Ability to work with multi task and deliver the right approach.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to listen, understand the nature of the communication from the stakeholders and take appropriate actions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business procurement processes (added value)
• Attention to Detail: Data is precise, must be vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
• Ability to grasp business problems, goals, objectives, and provide alternative solutions
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams within the organization to achieve common goals and respond positively to opportunities
• Previous experience working on teams of with business and IT personnel
Preferred:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Customer support Service.
• Knowledge of Procurement (added advantage)
• Proven analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely basis.
• Ability to be more flexible with work timing.
• Business Travel – Sometimes required.
