Coordinator - Finance Operations, Sports (Contractual)

Sports Ads Sales Team::
• Financial reporting and payment tracking for Sports Ads Sales, including PO report generation, expense booking against POs, budget vs actual spend analysis, and monthly cash flow reporting to Finance.
• Sharing regular status updates with Finance on open PO and GRR reports; tracking vendor payments in SAP and sharing NEFT payment details with vendors.
• GST reconciliation by coordinating with vendors for invoice rectification on the GST portal as per Annexure data from Finance; tracking confirmations with screenshots and explaining GST loss impact in case of delays.
• On receipt of vendor confirmation, coordinating with Finance for GST payment release and removal of payment blocks.
• Franking of agreements for Sports Ad Sales events by uploading approved agreements for e-stamping and e-signing on the legal portal, maintaining a franking tracker, and following up on pending e-sign requests.

Sports Syndication, Distribution & Acquisition Team::
• Customer management including registration of new customers in SAP by collating and verifying customer registration documents and coordinating with Finance for timely approval and system mapping.
• DAF creation in SAP as per agreement, including contract upload and follow-ups for approval; maintaining a DAF tracker and ensuring accuracy for high-value and USD contracts.
• PO creation and tracking for foreign vendors and expense categories such as travel, flights, accommodation, management consultancy, technology services, and signal delivery across Sports Syndication and Corporate teams.
• Assisting Finance in testing new customer or DAF categories in SAP.
• Invoicing and month-end closing activities including removal of invoicing blocks from DAFs, coordination with Finance for tax invoice generation, creation of sales orders for credit notes, and delivery creation in SAP for revenue recognition.
• Foreign payment coordination by collating vendor tax documents, sharing with the Tax team for TDS rate confirmation, and maintaining trackers to ensure timely payment clearance.
• Franking of agreements for all sports events by creating SAP notifications, uploading agreements for e-stamping and e-signing on the legal portal, and maintaining a comprehensive franking tracker.
