Position Summary: This role will support daily financial operations by managing transactional processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and effective cross-department communication.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting communications by responding to internal and external inquiries and routing requests appropriately

• Coordinate employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring financial setup, documentation accuracy, and accountability compliance

• Perform accounts payable (AP) data entry, including invoice processing and coding

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations

• Support month-end close activities and prepare basic financial reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 1–3 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience

• Experience with Accounts Payable processing and financial data entry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

The pay range for this position is: $67,500 - $70,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
