At PENN.Penningtons, we’re redefining fashion, fit, and confidence for every body — and the customer experience doesn’t stop at the product. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and retail-obsessed coordinator to join the Marketing team and help bring the brand to life across stores, digital content, and customer communications. From product storytelling and in-store signage to local marketing activations and store projects, this role is all about creating seamless, engaging, and on-brand experiences at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
• Execute local marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and customer connection
• Support store openings, relocations, and closures with impactful marketing and communication plans
• Create and manage product content including product pages, fit guides, educational content, and key messaging
• Coordinate in-store signage and retail communications to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to bring campaigns and projects to life
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-right copy across multiple channels and formats
• Manage timelines, approvals, production, and rollout for marketing assets and special projects
• Track results and performance of local initiatives and store-related campaigns to support continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
• Bilingualism (English & French) is essential to support stores and teams across Canada
• Experience in retail, local marketing, or a multi-store environment is considered an asset
• Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of 360° marketing, web content, and in-store customer experience
• Comfortable using collaborative tools, content platforms, and AI to support research, writing, and optimization
