Position Summary
The Coordinator, Community Impact & Grants plays a key role in supporting the organization’s mission by managing grant opportunities, facilitating community partnerships, and coordinating programs that advance equitable access to behavioral health and wellness services. This position is responsible for researching, writing, and tracking grants, as well as supporting initiatives that strengthen community relationships, enhance program reach, and demonstrate measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Grants Management
Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Prepare high-quality grant proposals, applications, budgets, and required documentation in collaboration with program and finance teams.
Maintain a grants calendar to ensure timely submissions, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
Monitor and track grant performance, including outcomes, expenditures, and deadlines.
Prepare grant reports and communicate program impact to funders.
Community Impact & Engagement
Support the development and implementation of community outreach initiatives and impact programs.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders to advance shared goals.
Organize and participate in community events, presentations, and workshops to increase program awareness and engagement.
Collect and analyze community data to inform program needs and demonstrate impact.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Assist in tracking program budgets, expenditures, and revenue from grants.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for reporting and compliance.
Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters, success stories, and annual reports.
Support evaluation and measurement of program outcomes and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
2+ years of experience in grant writing, nonprofit program coordination, or community engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for funding proposals and reports.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with grant databases, CRM tools, and data reporting systems preferred.
