Band 6, $93,851 - $101,646 plus 12% superannuation

About the role:
GRLC are seeking a Community Engagement & Staff Development Coordinator, to play a vital role in enhancing the capacity of the library and heritage staff and services to engage with communities and those facing complex challenges.
Key tasks include:
Develop and deliver a frontline workforce capability plan and implement initiatives to understand and respond to community members who have multiple and complex needs
Provide on the job support and training to build capacity within the team to proactively respond to complex needs and issues
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with community organisations involved with supporting community members with multiple and complex needs
Review policies and create implementation plans to build GRLC’s response to community engagement
Provide advice on current services and programs on offer for the community to become more inclusive
