The R/GA Studios mission is to advance storytelling through the use of emerging technology. Studios creates a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D and computer graphics, photography, and social media influencer strategy tailored to our client’s business needs. It consists of editors, animators, motion-graphics specialists, creative technologists, strategists and producers with a range of traditional agency broadcast experience to production company style line-production. Studios producers work in partnership with business managers to conceive, create, and produce work that pushes our client business forward.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Associate in Business Affairs at R/GA:

On any given day you might

• Work with Producers to generate, maintain, and track production budgets

• Create and Process POs and invoices

• Process talent paperwork & submission to payroll company

• Receive payroll invoices to be confirmed and cross checked

• Track usage terms and expiration dates of commercials and Talent

• Perform trademark searches for proposed branding, taglines, signage, design, etc.

• Research and negotiate (with Manager) third party license agreements

• Work with network broadcast standards departments for spot clearance

• Pull Job Detail Reports and work with Producers and Finance to wrap/actualize jobs

• Work with Finance to expedite vendor payments

• Timely resolve employee inquiries on expense report payment policies, procedures and practices.

• Coordinate travel reservations with R/GA internal Travel department as required in compliance with Company's procedures

• Work US Eastern hours

The ideal person

• Aspires to be an expert of talent, rights & clearance, and content business practices

• Is highly competent in business math and analytics

• Has experience creating vendor award documents and purchase orders

• Understands how to traffic and ship spots to networks

• Understands and uphold Travel & Expenses policies

You bring

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role at an advertising agency or other relevant experience.

• Ideally has knowledge of T&E reporting and processing systems such as Vantage, Concur, Amex Travel, or similar.

• Advanced English level
