Garantizar la gestión estratégica del talento humano mediante la atracción, desarrollo, acompañamiento de los colaboradores, promoviendo una cultura organizacional alineada con los valores, objetivos y propósito de la firma.

Esta posición debe realizar las siguientes funciones

• Publicar vacantes
• Filtrar candidatos
• Realizar entrevistas
• Coordinar contratación
• Evaluar desempeño de los colaboradores
• Acompañar procesos de mejora
• Gestión de cultura organizacional

Minimum years experience required

• Experiencia de más de 5 años en cargos similares y manejando siguientes responsabilidades• Reclutamiento y selección
• Evaluación de desempeño
• Gestión del clima laboral
