Job Description

Buscamos un Coordinador Regional de Proyectos para liderar la ejecución de auditorías de punto de venta en la región del Caribe, asegurando el cumplimiento operativo, la calidad de los datos y la eficiencia de los procesos.

Responsabilidades

Liderar y supervisar equipos de campo en distintos países.
Garantizar la calidad y precisión de la información recolectada.
Monitorear KPIs y dar seguimiento al desempeño de los proyectos.
Coordinar procesos operativos y administrativos del personal externo.
Servir como enlace entre equipos regionales y áreas internas.

Perfil Requerido

Profesional o estudiante de término en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, Trade Marketing o auditorías de campo.
Experiencia liderando equipos.
Inglés avanzado indispensable.
Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel
Manejo de power BI.
