Job Description

Trabajamos principalmente en áreas muy amplias : agua, ofreciendo soluciones tanto en la gestión urbana como industrial; residuos ♻ transformándolos en nuevas fuentes, y mejorando la eficiencia energética y reduciendo consumos y emisiones en edificios, industrias y ciudades.

EMAS Panamá requiere un(a) Coordinador(a) de Prevención, Seguridad y Salud (PSS) con enfoque estratégico, encargado de liderar la implementación, control y mejora continua del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la mitigación de riesgos en las operaciones de servicios ambientales.

Responsabilidades estratégicas

• Liderar la implementación y seguimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente en Panamá en materia de seguridad laboral.
• Diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear programas de prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Gestionar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) en seguridad y salud, orientados a la mejora continua.
• Coordinar capacitaciones, auditorías, inspecciones y simulacros.
• Investigar incidentes y accidentes laborales, generando planes de acción correctivos.
• Promover cultura organizacional basada en seguridad, autocuidado y prevención.
• Articular con las diferentes áreas operativas para asegurar la gestión integral del riesgo.

Perfil requerido

Formación académica:

• Licenciado en Seguridad Industrial o Ingeniero (Industrial, Ambiental o afines).
• Especialización en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (deseable, no obligatoria).

Requisitos legales:

• Debe estar avalado para ejercer su profesión en Panamá.
• Ciudadano panameño (requisito obligatorio).

Experiencia:

• Mínimo 2 años en cargos relacionados.
• Experiencia en implementación o gestión de sistemas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
