¿Te gustaría desarrollarte como Coordinador/a de Ventas - Contact Center en la plataforma digital de automoción líder en Europa? ¿Quieres adquirir experiencia liderando un equipo puntero en la venta de vehículos de ocasión?

Desde AUTOHERO, estamos buscando un/a  Sales Team Lead para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar a nuestros comerciales en el departamento de ventas.

Qué ofrecemos:

• Contrato indefinido
• Horario:• Lunes a Viernes  en oficina de 14h a 21h.
• Sábados Teletrabajo de 10 a 15h.

• El día de tu cumpleaños libre
• Zona de trabajo: Madrid, España.
• Retribución flexible + beneficios de empresa.

• Liderar y gestionar el equipo comercial B2C, optimizando su rendimiento y satisfacción del cliente.
• Contribuir a la estrategia de crecimiento de Autohero desde el área de Sales.
• Cumplir con los KPIs y alcanzar los objetivos mensuales establecidos.
• Capacitar y orientar al equipo de ventas para mejorar su performance y resultados.
• Resolver incidencias y mejorar procedimientos, buscando la excelencia en la atención al cliente.

• Amplia experiencia dirigiendo perfiles comerciales en el sector call center dentro de campañas de ventas.
• Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia previa gestionando y liderando equipos de ventas.
• Nivel alto de Office, especialmente Excel. Valorables otros programas similares.
