KVH is an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes 24-hour emergency care, inpatient, and outpatient hospital services through KVH Hospital. Clinics and services provided include family medicine, internal medicine, a geriatric nurse practitioner program, home health and hospice, physical therapy, orthopedics, general surgery, pediatrics, women’s health, and urgent care.

The Cook will be expected to perform as a health team member committed to the nutritional care of patients.  Prepares, seasons, and cooks food for hospital, patients, employees and visitors.  Serves in relief capacity of other food service employees in the department.
What is required...
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state-certified food handlers permit
What is preferred...
• Previous food service experience or equivalent education
• Serv-Safe Certification through National Restaurant Association
Wage:  Wage range starts at $20.02/hour and goes up to $32.21/hour.  Actual wage will be determined based on previous years' of applicable experience. This position may also be eligible to receive an additional 15% premium, in lieu of benefits.
FTE:  per diem
