Cook C / Μάγειρας Γ'

Καθήκοντα:

• Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας του ξενοδοχείου.
• Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών τροφίμων.
• Συμμετοχή στη διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της υγιεινής στην κουζίνα.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την ομαλή λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών.

Requirements:
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση είναι επιθυμητή.
• Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στην μαγειρική θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
• Γνώσεις σχετικά με τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Καλή ικανότητα συνεργασίας και ομαδικής εργασίας.
