Responsibilities

The Cook B will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation of ingredients (portioning, chopping, weighing, and storing food).
• Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes, company quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ensuring adherence to all hygiene, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the assigned station.
• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Solid knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable attitude.
• Pleasant personality with a passion for culinary excellence.
