Καθήκοντα:

• Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας του ξενοδοχείου.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την ομαλή λειτουργία της.
• Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Φροντίδα για την καθαριότητα και την οργάνωση του χώρου εργασίας.

Requirements:
• Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση μαγειρέματος.
• Βασικές γνώσεις μαγειρικής και τεχνικών μαγείρεματος.
• Γνώσεις υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας και επικοινωνίας.
