As a Cook B/Demi Chef your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food as assigned. Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables. Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. Preparing cold foods.
• Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
• Following all company safety and security policies and procedures. Completing the appropriate safety training and certifications.
• Delivery of excellent services

Requirements:
• Previous work experience in a similar position.
• Adequate knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, passionate for excellence
• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and eagerness to learn, grow, and become part of a constantly developing team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure effectively and deliver high-quality services in a luxury environment.
