Job Description

Η SWOT Hospitality Management Company αναζητά να προσλάβει για το ξενοδοχείο Panorama Serenity Suites στην Πάτμο, για τη σεζόν 2026:

Cook A' / Μάγειρας Α'

Καθήκοντα:

• Διαχείριση και επίβλεψη της κουζίνας, καθώς και της ομάδας μαγειρικής.
• Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας, σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
• Διασφάλιση ότι τα πιάτα τηρούν τις προδιαγραφές γεύσης και παρουσίασης.
• Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση των νεότερων μελών της ομάδας.
• Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την ομαλή λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας.

Requirements:
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Cook A ή Chef de Partie).
• Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στην μαγειρική.
• Ικανότητες στη διοίκηση και στο συντονισμό ομάδας.
• Γνώσεις υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Πάθος για τη μαγειρική και δημιουργικότητα στη γαστρονομία.
