Kom jij als Coördinator Passage het team van Aviapartner versterken? Een prachtige rol waarin jij zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde uitvoering van de dagelijkse operatie bij de check-in, gates en aan de kant van onze grondsteward(essen). En dit alles op de prachtige luchthaven Amsterdam Schiphol Airport!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Coördinator Passage zorg je voor de juiste uitvoering van de dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt, vanuit ons coördinatie-punt, de vlucht- en personeelsplanning nauwlettend in de gaten. Je zorgt hierbij dat de check-in balies en gates tijdig open gaan en stuurt aan waar nodig. Collega’s melden zich bij jou aan de balie en je behoudt hun gehele dienst het (telefonisch) contact. Daarnaast voer je administratieve werkzaamheden uit, denk hierbij o.a. aan het muteren van dienstroosters na ad-hoc wijzigingen en rapportages bij onregelmatigheden. Bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor neem je de ziek- en betermeldingen aan en verwerkt deze administratief. Je ziet toe dat de bedrijfskledingvoorschriften wordt nageleefd en indien nodig spreek je de medewerkers hierop aan.
