¿Te apasiona el mundo de las ventas B2B y sientes que tienes el potencial para guiar a otros hacia el éxito? En Partnerships buscamos a nuestro próximo Líder Junior para el mercado de España, alguien con visión estratégica y ADN comercial.
Tu Rol en el Equipo
Este es un cargo híbrido donde combinarás tu talento comercial con el desarrollo de liderazgo:

Liderazgo y Mentoría (30%): Supervisarás y formarás a ejecutivos de ventas, acompañándolos en sus cierres y brindando feedback constante para alcanzar los KPIs.
Gestión Individual (70%): Seguirás liderando el ciclo completo de ventas (prospección a cierre), gestionando alianzas corporativas y generando nuevas oportunidades en el mercado español.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?
Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona analítica, proactiva y con gran capacidad de comunicación que cumpla con:
Requisitos Indispensables:

Antigüedad: Mínimo 8 meses formando parte de la compañía.
Formación: Bachiller académico (preferiblemente técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en áreas comerciales o afines).
Historial: No contar con procesos disciplinarios vigentes.
Habilidades Clave:

Dominio de estrategias de ventas basadas en datos.
Capacidad de motivar equipos y trabajar bajo objetivos.
Excelente resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
Pasión por la industria de la educación en línea.
