We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist with strong expertise in real estate contracts and conveyancing processes. The role requires hands-on experience in contract drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end conveyancing activities, including real estate contracts, lease abstraction, and lease management.
• Draft, review, and manage vendor-facing and customer-facing contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and transactional risks while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and managing expectations effectively.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Work independently while handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capability.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
Work Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in conveyancing and real estate contract management.
• Strong exposure to contracts drafting, lease abstraction, and lease administration.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in drafting and managing real estate, vendor, and customer contracts.
