Marketing Operations & Product Intern

Department: Marketing / Product
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Type: Internship (32–40h)

Purpose of the Role

This intern will directly support operational execution and coordination across marketing, product, and design teams. Their focus is to help launch, optimize, and maintain landing pages, coordinate deliverables across teams, and support marketing-related product development tasks.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who wants to learn how performance-driven digital products are built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

• Landing Page Creation & Optimization

• Assist in building and updating landing pages

• Upload copy, visuals, creatives, and product assets.

• Coordinate with QA for pre-launch checks

• Coordinate with design to implement new layouts or visuals.

• Work across teams to ensure landing pages align with the product’s positioning and funnel strategy.

2. Cross‑Team Project Coordination

• Act as a bridge between mediabuy, development, design and product teams.

• Track tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and collect deliverables.

• Update internal trackers, documentation, and project boards.

• Support by preparing project status summaries and next steps.

3. Product Development Support (Marketing-Led)

• Gather requirements for product enhancements or new marketing assets.

• Support A/B test preparation (copy, creatives, variations).

• Conduct competitor research and landing page benchmarking.

• Assist with asset organization, naming and version control.

• Run small operational tasks for product improvement cycles.

• Document processes to assist in new CMS design

4. Marketing Operations Assistance

• Help with content uploads, creative requests, and version updates.

• Prepare internal briefs for designers or media buyers.

• Support campaign launch activities when needed.

Ideal Profile

• Studying Marketing, Communication, Digital Design, Business, or similar.

• Strong interest in landing pages, digital products, and marketing.

• Organized, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.

• Basic understanding of web editors (nice-to-have).

• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

• Good English communication skills.
