Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Conversion Officer to convert leads into active Forex trading clients. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, guiding them through the initial trading journey, and ensuring a smooth first trading experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact new leads and convert them into active Forex traders

Guide clients through account opening, KYC, and first deposit

Explain trading platforms, products, and market basics to new clients

Build trust and credibility with potential clients

Achieve individual and team conversion targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM

Collaborate with retention and sales teams for smooth client handover

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Officer or Sales role in a Forex brokerage

Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills

Solid understanding of Forex products and trading processes

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong advantage)
