• Solicits group and individual business  from all segments 
• Submits weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales  
• Plans sales trips together with DOS under the direct approval of the Director of Sales &
• Marketing to major marketing areas.  Report sales trip results and on potential markets needing coverage.
• Conducts Familiarization Trips from the main markets in conjunction with Global Sales Offices, Head Office, Airlines as well as other sources.
• Works to exploit the new market and suggests them for the Marketing Plan.
• Keeps Sales Executive regularly informed on all policies, procedures, events, present and future situations of the hotel.
• Promotes all special programs of the hotel
• Must have a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of hotel guests and meeting attendees while performing in a fast paced environment
• Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good English Language knowledge (both written and verbal)
• Good general computer skills
• Supervises Corporate Sales Team
• Handles the contracting of all companies.
• Makes local sales calls to the companies and travels abroad for participating  travel fairs, workshops, roadshows,showcases, visiting international clients, making presentations.
• Works in close cooperation with the Director of Banquet and Conventions and Front Office Manager.
