We are currently hiring for two positions within our Controls team:
• Controls Assembler (Temp. to Hire)
• Controls Assembly Lead (Direct Hire)
Controls Assembler (Panel Wiring)
The Controls Assembler is responsible for the hands-on fabrication and wiring of electrical control panels and installation of conduit, cable, and components on water treatment systems. This role works closely with the Controls Assembly Lead to ensure quality and accuracy before systems are deployed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and drawings
• Assemble enclosures, sub-panels, relays, and control components
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and conduit bending
• Cut, strip, crimp, and route wiring per standards
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Identify and report quality or design issues
• Complete red-line markups of drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Assist in other production tasks as needed
1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30AM – 4:30PM
Pay: $19-$21/hr.
Location: Racine, WI.
Job Type: Temp to Hire.
Controls Assembly Lead (Skid Wiring Team Lead)
The Controls Assembly Lead combines hands-on electrical assembly with leadership responsibilities. This role supports team coordination, training, quality control, and continuous improvement while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Lead assembly of electrical systems per drawings, BOMs, and standards
• Train and support skid wiring team members
• Coordinate workflow and resource allocation with scheduling
• Perform wiring, routing, and component installation as needed
• Review and update drawings with redline markups
• Identify and resolve build and design issues
• Partner with quality and engineering teams on improvements
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30AM – 4:30PM
Pay: $25-$30/hr.
Location: Racine, WI.
Job Type: Direct Hire.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, bend, and work on shop floor for extended periods
Controls Assembler (Panel Wiring)
• 1–3 years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Experience with hand and electrical tools
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Experience with 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC / 3-phase systems
• UL508A panel experience
• Exposure to water treatment or industrial systems
Controls Assembly Lead (Skid Wiring Team Lead)
• 5+ years of industrial electrical assembly experience
• Strong ability to read schematics and guide builds
• Experience with control panels and wiring systems
• 2–5 years of leadership or team coordination experience
• Knowledge of UL508A, NEC, and NFPA standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
