In Product Control we are part of the first line of defense to deliver trustworthy information for the existing and upcoming products, with the strong belief that we are impacting directly on our customers by creating a great experience for them.

As Controllership Senior Specialist , you'll be responsible for:

• Prepare statutory financial statements and execute financial controls relating to general ledger including (structure of the financials, policies and disclosures).

• SAP Implementation of the accounting modules, creation of cost centers.

• Review on a monthly basis the trial balance preparing monthly general reconciliation controls.

• Support preparation for regulatory reporting analysis and preparation (XBRL and SFC Reports).

• Preparation of supporting documentation for internal and regulatory audits.

• Support execution of financial controls (SOX, Entity level controls related to accounting process).

We are looking for a person who has:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• 7-9 years of experience working with the accounting area and proven experience in conciliations, depreciation, constructing financial controls, accounting closing among others.

• Bachelor of Accounting Degree, with knowledge of IFRS and Financial Institutions experience.

• Reporting review or preparation for the Financial Superintendency

• Proven experience ERP - SAP or other ERP

• Fluent in Spanish and English ( Advanced level)

The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Work Model for this Role
