Roles & Responsibilities :
1.        Accounting & Reporting
• Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in closing activities ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).
• Work on reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules for audits.
• Budget planning and tracking of Corporate cost.
 
2.        Audit & Compliance
• Support statutory and tax audit requirements by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.
• Assist in implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
 
3.        Internal Controls & Process Improvements
• Participate in testing and monitoring of internal controls to ensure risk mitigation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and digitization/automation in controllership.
 
4.        Learning & Development
• Actively engage in structured learning, mentorship, and on-the-job training.
• Gain exposure to global accounting practices and ERP systems (SAP/other tools).
• Take ownership of small projects and demonstrate capability to step into higher responsibilities over time.
Educational qualification:
Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree.
Experience :
1-2 years
Mandatory/requires Skills:
• Strong academic grounding in accounting principles, IFRS/Ind-AS, and taxation.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI with exposure to ERP tools (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
