Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to help further develop and ensure the quality of our European financial governance. This role is central to our Europe Finance & Controlling organization and holds broad responsibility for overseeing reporting, analysis, and the continuous improvement of processes throughout our European operations.
This position requires balancing strategic overview with detailed analytical tasks, while driving improvements across our financial processes and reporting systems. You will partner with finance teams throughout Europe to ensure that financial data is reliable, aligned, and readily available for effective decision making.
Main Responsibilities include:
· Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely financial reporting on a European level
· Perform in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, trends, and variances
· Develop financial datasets, reporting structures, and analytical tools
· Coordinate and support budget and forecast processes across both local and European levels
· Drive standardization, process efficiency, and automation initiatives within Finance
· Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
· Support local finance organizations and assist the Swedish team during peak periods
In this role, you will report directly to our European Head of Controlling & Finance, based in the UK.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in controlling or analytical roles, comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholders. A natural ability to navigate complex data structures and advanced analysis tools enables you to turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your structured approach, clear communication, and collaborative mindset help you build credibility and strong relationships.
You bring a strong foundation built on:
· 5+ years of experience in controlling or comparable analytical finance positions
· Background from international and/or manufacturing organisations
· Strong analytical skills and solid system proficiency (ERP, Excel, Power BI)
· Proven ability to lead projects and drive improvement initiatives
· Professional fluency in Swedish and English
