Control Panel Assembler
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with some overtime based on customer demand
Pay: $20.80 + $2.00 2nd shift premium pay
Essential Job Functions:
● Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Wire and assemble control panels according to standard work instructions and job specifications.
● Log job information into job tracking software ensuring timely and accurate data.
● Operate power tools and other equipment in an appropriate and safe manner.
● Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashion using 5S practices.
● Crosstrain and learn other areas in order to cover production and packaging when needed.
● Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times and follow policies and procedures.
● Follow Assembly, Materials, and Timekeeping record keeping practices by promptly and accurately
logging pertinent information.
● Follow ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards and policies to ensure Quality and information security
policies are being adhered to.
● Keep the Team Lead and Manager informed of problems, opportunities for improvement, questions,
or comments, related to topics such as workflow, equipment, procedures/work methods, safety, and
employees.
● Responds positively and supports changes in procedures, processes, technology, responsibility
and assignments. Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in ideas and approach.
● Maintains cooperative and productive working relationships and communications with all
customers, fellow team members, suppliers, and external resources.

● Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly environment.
● Strong hand-eye coordination, vision and manual dexterity to make precisely coordinated
movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
● Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office Products / Computer.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
