About the Job
You will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) projects from acceptance of bid through completion. This role ensures that contracts are structured, negotiated, and managed to protect the company’s interests, maintain compliance, and support successful project delivery. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity of scope, schedule, cost, and obligations.
What You Will Be Doing
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders for TAB projects in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Identify and mitigate commercial, financial, and compliance risks related to contract terms, including indemnity, liability, insurance, and warranties.
Work with project managers and field teams to align contractual obligations with project delivery goals, schedules, and budgets.
Review bid documents, tender requirements, and scopes of work; provide contractual input during the proposal stage to ensure compliance and profitability.
Maintain clear communication with clients, general contractors, and suppliers regarding contractual issues, progress claims, and change management.
Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and industry best practices. Maintain organized records of correspondence, submittals, and executed documents.
Lead resolution of contract disputes, claims, and variations, working collaboratively with legal counsel when required.
Contribute to the development of standardized contract templates, workflows, and best practices.
What We Are Looking for
Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract management or project administration within the construction industry.
Experience within the mechanical, HVAC or TAB industry preferred (or a similar technical environment).

Strong understanding of construction contracts and project delivery methods.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project management.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High integrity and strong business judgment.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships, internally and externally.
