As part of its continued development, Volton expands its Contracts Management team in Athens and seeks a Contracts Management Representative. The role reports directly to the Contract Management Supervisor.
We are looking for a structured and analytical professional to execute and manage contract validation and service activation processes for Energy and Telco products. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with commercial policies and regulatory requirements, minimizing activation risks, and supporting a seamless customer onboarding experience across all sales channels.

Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end validation of Energy and Telco service applications submitted through all sales channels (Tele Sales, Digital, Indirect, Retail), ensuring full compliance with commercial policy, credit rules, regulatory requirements, and internal risk criteria
• Execute contract validation controls, including identity verification, document completeness checks, credit assessment triggers, and fraud prevention flags
• Monitor and reconcile activation outcomes submitted through external administrator portals for Electricity, Natural Gas, and Telecommunications services, ensuring timely resolution of rejections and minimizing lost Gross Sales
• Monitor of service activation customer requests submitted through the portals of the relevant administrators for Electricity, Natural Gas, and Telco services
• Manage of service activation rejections according to rules as defined by regulatory codes
Requirements:
• 2 years of previous experience in a customer service team or back office department at Energy or Telco industries
• Experienced user of CRM software and other customer support tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Team spirited, organized, consistent, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Flexible on working in shifts, depending on business needs

• Process-oriented thinking with the ability to work within structured workflows while identifying automation and optimization opportunities
