We are looking for a Contracts Analyst based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to join our Global Legal team and support the business as we continue to grow.

What you’ll do

• Be the first pair of eyes and legal owner of commercial contract reviews across the Group.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, intra-group agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

• Monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Group to gather required information and ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution.

• Ensure that all contracting processes comply with relevant legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.

What you need to have

• Strong academics in Law with a genuine passion for contract law and its practical application in a business context.

• At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role.

• Ability to review and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions and governed by foreign laws.

• Self-starter mindset - work independently with a strong drive to deliver complete, high-quality outcomes and excellent attention to detail.

• Hands-on, curious approach to staying ahead of legal and regulatory developments.

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar position within financial services and in a global environment.

• German language skills.
