🚀 Contract Transitions Specialist

📍 Location: On-site, Open-Space Office

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00 - 17:00

📝 Responsibilities:

✅ Support the team in processing contract transitions (contract takeovers, asset sales, contract terminations) for existing customers.

✅ Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via email.

✅ Act as a key interface between customers, Customer Care, Technical Customer Service, Legal, and Portfolio Management.

✅ Assist in projects and drive process improvements.

💼 Key Tasks:

🔹 Execute administrative tasks related to rental/loan contract transfers.

🔹 Create new customer accounts and transfer assets accordingly.

🔹 Update monitoring data and other relevant information using Salesforce and various web interfaces.

🌍 German language skills at B2 level (mandatory).

⚡ Ideally, some professional experience in the energy sector or an administrative field.

💡 Proactive mindset – you contribute ideas, find solutions, and understand operational processes comprehensively.

📊 Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.

🎓 A degree or vocational training is a plus, but career changers are warmly welcomed!
