YOUR IMPACT:
This role matters because strong post-sale operations are essential to scalable growth, predictable renewals, and a customer experience built on trust. As Contracts Administrator, you will help ensure that contract execution, billing readiness, and commercial data accuracy keep pace with the needs of the business.
• Own contract administration and data accuracy across renewals, amendments, and post-sale customer change requests.
• Process and validate contract changes including amendments, term changes, co-termination, legal entity updates, and pricing adjustments.
• Coordinate approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, and non-standard terms with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Ensure billing and invoicing readiness by validating tax treatment, VAT logic, payment terms, invoice schedules, and billing setup — and manage related operational requests such as PO updates, invoice contact changes, billing corrections, and contract terminations.
• Support pricing and commercial governance, including CPI adjustments and pre-renewal quote readiness.
• Maintain high data quality in Salesforce and connected systems by identifying and correcting errors, duplicates, and product mapping issues.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and IT to identify process gaps, improve workflows, and support automation initiatives.
• Support reporting and forecasting by ensuring contract data accurately reflects commercial reality and contributes to ARR, churn, and renewal visibility.
• Work closely with Renewals Specialists so they can focus on customer conversations while you ensure execution quality, approval compliance, and operational accuracy.
Be part of an exciting journey and contribute to our success story of becoming the leading provider of digital compliance and governance solutions.
