This is a high-volume, high-speed role for a creator who can maintain elite quality while operating at the pace of a modern newsroom.
The Pace: High Intensity, Zero Friction
We aren't looking for a hobbyist; we’re looking for a professional partner.
The Volume: You should be prepared to shoot 3 to 4 properties per day.

Key Responsibilities
Property Tours: Execute cinematic walkthroughs, drone aerials, and immersive spatial captures for multiple listings daily.
Social Storytelling: Capture "in-the-moment" content of team meetings, culture, and agent life for high-impact Reels and Stories.
End-to-End Production: Manage your own workflow from capture to color grade, ensuring every frame aligns with the Havre brand.
Client Relations: Act as a brand ambassador. You must be professional, personable, and capable of making homeowners feel like stars.

Must provide your own professional 4K/60fps kit, stabilizers, audio, drones, and lighting.
Tech Stack
Independent editing suite optimized for rapid 2026 workflows (AI tools, cloud-syncing).
Insurance
$2 Million General Liability + Drone/UAV Insurance.
Licensing
Advanced Drone Pilot Certification & valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Compliance
A clean Police Check is required for all successful applicants.
