Contractor - Senior iOS Engineer

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an iOS Engineer (Contractor) to join our Mobile team at Veo on a short-term engagement starting at 3 months. Your work will directly contribute to shaping and scaling a high-impact mobile experience used by athletes, teams, and fans worldwide.
We are currently in a build-heavy phase leading up to a critical Summer 2026 launch, working on a rapidly evolving feature set with ambitious delivery goals. You’ll operate in parallel with multiple workstreams, collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and fellow mobile engineers to ensure cohesive, high-quality product delivery.

What You Will Do:
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment - owning the delivery and running with it.
• Deliver clean, efficient Swift/SwiftUI code in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and backend to ensure technical feasibility.
• Act as a technical sparring partner, helping shape the project's direction and technical specifications.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation to ensure a smooth, frequent release cycle.

What You Bring:
• 5+ years of iOS development with a mastery of Swift and SwiftUI.
• A proven ability to work in parallel across multiple complex workstreams.
• A proactive mindset; you identify opportunities and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to align with designers and engineers across different domains.
• Comfortable navigating an environment with many moving parts and shifting priorities leading up to a major launch.
