Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries.
Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, state and company guidelines.
Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as state regulations.
Propose improvements for processes and technology.
Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration or contracting/licensing is a strong asset.
Experience with SureLC is a strong asset.
Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via phone, and email interactions.
Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.
