Schedule Requirements
Must be available for AM, PM, and evening visits
Evening availability is required to accommodate after-school pediatric patients
Service area includes Edinburg and surrounding communities
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. The therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized Plans of Care (POC)
Perform SOC, Recertifications, Evaluations, and routine visits
Implement treatment plans to improve strength, ROM, flexibility, and pain management
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the care team
Adhere to all BrightStar Care standards, safety protocols, and regulations
Travel within an established service radius
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas Physical Therapy license
Experience with both adult and pediatric patients
Familiarity with EMR systems (Kantime experience a plus; training provided)
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset

Requirements
Active Physical Therapy License (TX)
CPR/BLS Certification
TB Test or Chest X-ray
