Responsible for commercial, legal, and contractual management of assigned execution projects and consortium agreements.
•  Provide advice on commercial and legal matters relating to contracts and the legal framework
•  Support local and main office procurement, in particular alignment with relevant procurement laws
•   Ensure the administration of the client contracts and the consortium agreements are carried out in accordance with the contract and with legal obligations
•   Take responsibility for change management and claim administration, at all times pursue out of court dispute management and settlement.
 
 
• Civil law legal education, Slovakia, Hungary a plus
• Educated and proficient contract and claims management
• Experience on site in comparable function in turnkey EPCC for industrial plants, oil and gas
• Good quality drafting of contractual correspondence and claim documents in English and Slovakian, Hungarian a plus
