This is an engagement through Lifted’s Contigent Workforce (CW) program. Our CW professionals are located around the world and support critical business initiatives on a project or engagement basis.

We’re hiring an Instructional Designer to create learning experiences that help enterprise customers transition from an existing platform to a new, unified solution for sourcing, contracting, managing, and paying contingent talent.

You’ll turn complex product functionality into clear, practical learning that customers can apply immediately, supporting adoption without disrupting their day-to-day business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design role-based learning paths that guide customers through platform transition and adoption.

• Build scalable content, including courses, job aids, and step-by-step guides.

• Translate technical features into real-world customer use cases.

• Partner with product and customer-facing teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Create content that supports both self-serve and facilitated learning.

• Track effectiveness through adoption, engagement, and time-to-proficiency.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Structured curriculum aligned to customer roles and workflows.

• Course library covering key product features and use cases.

• Migration-focused resources (guides, checklists, walkthroughs).

• Reusable materials for teams supporting customer onboarding and enablement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience designing learning for B2B or enterprise audiences.

• Strong curriculum development and content creation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, actionable guidance.

• Experience working cross-functionally with product and customer teams.

• Familiarity with digital learning tools and formats.
