About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter on a short-term contract to cover hiring for our Corporate and Administrative departments.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The contractor is expected to be productive immediately and independently manage hiring for Corporate functions in Cyprus, primarily:
• Legal
• Finance
• HR
• Administration / Office roles
These positions are predominantly filled by local Cyprus candidates or long-term residents, making strong knowledge of the Cyprus labor market essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Take over and manage active corporate vacancies during the cover period
• Run full-cycle recruitment: kick-off, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, and offers
• Work directly with hiring managers in Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, and Office Management
• Source and engage local candidates in the Cyprus market
• Ensure fast turnaround and continuity of hiring processes
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and communication
Requirements:
• Proven experience recruiting corporate roles in Cyprus, specifically Legal, Finance, HR, or Admin
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
• Strong understanding of local candidate availability, expectations, and hiring practices
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-moving environment
• High level of structure, reliability, and attention to detail
• Fluent English; Greek is an advantage
Important: This role is a short-term operational cover. Candidates without hands-on Cyprus corporate recruitment experience will not be considered.
