The Contract Coordinator supports Dematic’s EU Amazon Account Management and Solutions teams by developing high‑quality proposals and coordinating technical specifications for large‑scale material handling automation projects. Based in Madrid, this role ensures that Dematic’s solutions are accurately represented, fully compliant with Amazon’s technical requirements, and aligned with internal engineering capabilities.
The position requires close collaboration with Amazon Engineering, Dematic cross‑functional teams, and commercial stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals for Amazon fulfillment, sortation, and logistics facilities across Europe.

Tasks and Qualifications:
You will be responsible of :
Create clear, professional proposals that highlight our solution and value to Amazon.
Support Account Managers during bids by preparing sales materials and pricing summaries.
Understand Amazon’s requirements and collect the right information from technical teams.
Turn technical feedback into simple, well-structured proposal content.
Work as the main contact with Amazon Engineering during pre‑sales discussions and Q&A.
Ensure our solution aligns with Amazon’s expectations and project needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Solutions, Project Management, Legal, Safety).
Review proposal materials to ensure they are accurate and consistent.
Improve proposal templates and keep all documentation updated and organized.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Communications, or similar.
2–5 years of experience in proposal development, technical documentation, or engineering coordination (ideally in automation/industrial systems).
Understanding of material handling automation, warehouse operations, or industrial engineering.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize technical input clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); proposal tools are a plus.
Fluency in English; Spanish or other EU languages are beneficial.
