Pay: $57 - $60 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist IV, to support Enbridge’s Engineering and Construction capital projects. The Contract Conformance Specialist IV (CCS IV) is responsible for the day-to-day sourcing, contract administration, and conformance activities for assigned major capital projects. This role supports complex, multi-year projects and ensures all contractual obligations between the Company and Contractors are met throughout the project lifecycle.
The CCS IV will coordinate with the Project Team, Supply Chain Management Lead and Legal Lead as required in resolution of contractual issues/ claims as they arise.
Project Scope
Major capital projects totaling up to $500MM annually
Typical project duration up to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage contracts from award through close-out
Support sourcing activities, contract formation, and negotiations
Prepare and manage contract documentation, correspondence, and records
Review contractor submissions and invoices for contract compliance
Manage change orders, work releases, and contract amendments
Identify, communicate, and resolve contractual issues and non-compliance
Support claims resolution, audits, and contract close-out activities
Provide regular contract status updates to project leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Legal, Technical, or Business discipline, or Associate’s degree with 10+ years of related experience
Experience in contract administration/conformance for large energy or pipeline construction projects
Experience with large, complex Engineering & Construction agreements ($100M+)
Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Oracle, ProjectWise, and SharePoint
Knowledge of contracting processes within the energy industry
Work Conditions
