As a Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist, you will join the Contract Services organization, providing operational legal support to China-focused business activities. The role supports Legal, Procurement, and internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate contract documentation, effective contract lifecycle management, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across Sanofi’s contracting processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and administrative coordination of contracts, with a primary focus on China market requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Sanofi policies
• Assist in the development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of contract templates and standard contractual documents
• Conduct research on existing contracts, agreements, and relevant regulatory requirements impacting current and future contracts
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract documentation, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and renewals within Coupa CLMa
• Act as a liaison between Procurement Services, Legal, Procurement, Global Business Units, and Corporate Functions to support efficient contracting processes
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes, documentation requirements, and system usage
• Identify potential contractual or legal risks and support mitigation actions in collaboration with Legal and Procurement
• Ensure contracts adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements

About You

• Experience in a legal support, contract specialist, or paralegal role
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract principles
• Solid contract drafting and document review capabilities
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Experience using contract management tools or legal documentation systems
• Professional-level Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent English, with the ability to support China-based stakeholders
