Continuous Improvement Manager - People & Culture

Summary

The Continuous Improvement Manager translates the P&C strategy into a unified operational excellence framework that harmonizes the employee experience, optimizes efficiency, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll develop and implement scalable, data-driven processes that are systematically refined to anticipate and meet evolving employees and business needs. You’ll work on integrating AI solutions and digital automation to streamline workflows and elevate operational impact, as a P&C strategic connector promoting consistency and sustainable value creation.

Key responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Drives operational excellence by leading process reviews to identify process deviations and minimizing waste.

Champions process mapping initiatives across Centers of Excellence to establish a unified operational framework that visualizes end-to-end workflows, uncovers interdependencies, and fosters a shared understanding.

Leverages engagement results and Voice of Customer feedback to identify improvement.

Establishes knowledge management frameworks to document and standardize processes.

Strategic Planning

Develops a multi-year Operational Excellence Maturity Model to assess P&C operational effectiveness against strategic benchmarks.

Conducts external benchmarking to identify industry best practices, integrating relevant insights.

Leads change management initiatives in partnership with Centers of Excellence.

Promotes a systems-thinking approach to ensure cohesive execution and consistency in service delivery


Tech, Data & Reporting

Identifies opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, such as RPA, AI, and process mining.

Leverages data analytics to assess P&C performance, identifying operational trends and gaps to inform data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement across P&C functions.

Scale implemented digital solutions across COEs and measure the return on investment (ROI) of operational initiatives, ensuring that implemented solutions drive tangible business value.

Develops metrics to evaluate the impact of operational excellence initiatives, delivering actionable insights to P&C Leadership that support data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

7-10 years of relevant work experience in roles that demonstrate advanced process transformation.

Proven background in leading Continuous Improvement transformations, using traditional project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.

Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership.

A solid track record of leading change management initiatives within large-scale transformation projects.

Experience leveraging data analytics

Experience in identifying and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and process visibility.
