Position Overview

Responsible for facilitating a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. It investigates, plans, trains, executes, and facilitates operational improvement programs with the aim of creating a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, waste elimination, and improvements in safety, quality, service, and costs. It drives adherence to standard work and the execution of the Lean Management System. It leads Kaizen events according to program guidelines designed to drive and sustain continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying opportunities for Kaizen events that provide measurable and sustainable results. Developing and communicating metrics to measure continuous improvement, continuously monitoring and analyzing quantitative and qualitative results related to initiatives

• Ability to work independently, making sound decisions regarding daily functions/priorities while reporting non-routine decisions to management.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills along with superior computer skills, namely SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PPTX.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a great ability to unite employees and teams.

• Proven ability to adapt and effectively manage in a changing environment.

• Strong understanding of and commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Who you are

• Minimum education: completed relevant degree

• Minimum More than 3 years of experience leading and managing people, departments, and organizations, with leadership in production/plant management preferred.

• Leadership, people management, department, and organizational skills.

• Computer and analytical skills.

• High level of experience in management and leadership skills within a Lean environment.

• Experience in multi-site support preferred.

• Experience leading/facilitating multiple kaizen events/programs and/or key participant role in a major lean transformation initiative.

• Six Sigma certification desirable.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
