Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for driving a structured, data-led continuous improvement framework across the business. Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, this role provides strategic direction, governance, and hands-on leadership to identify, prioritise, and deliver improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, quality outcomes, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Training, and senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable performance gains through disciplined methodology, robust analytics, and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement Strategy & Governance
Define, implement, and govern the continuous improvement framework across all key campaigns and functions.
Identify, prioritise, and oversee improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives, operational KPIs, and customer outcomes.
Ensure consistent application of Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO-aligned methodologies.
Establish standards, tools, and best practices to drive sustainable improvement and waste reduction.
Track benefits realisation and ensure measurable impact from all continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and develop Continuous Improvement Specialists and contributors.
Act as a trusted advisor to Operations, Quality, and Training leadership on performance improvement opportunities.
Facilitate senior-level forums and working sessions to validate root cause analysis and agree on improvement actions.
Influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement behaviours.
Data, Analytics & Insight
Oversee the interpretation, validation, and governance of large and complex datasets.
Ensure robust root cause analysis (RCA) is conducted using quantitative and qualitative data.
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Identify trends, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities across operational, quality, and customer metrics.
Improvement Delivery & Change Management
Evaluate and prioritise initiatives based on impact, effort, feasibility, and risk.
Ensure clear implementation plans, success criteria, and performance indicators are defined for each initiative.
Monitor delivery of initiatives, removing barriers and escalating risks where required.
Lead audits and reviews to assess effectiveness, sustainability, and compliance of implemented solutions.
Ensure continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to achieve expected benefits.
Project & Problem Management
Lead detailed current-state assessments and clearly articulate constraints and limiting factors.
Define deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance measurement frameworks.
Identify required resources (people, systems, processes) and ensure alignment across functions.
Analyse solution options, assessing impact, feasibility, and scalability.
Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and mitigation strategies.
Resolve complex technical or process-related challenges, including data interpretation, regulatory considerations, and operational constraints.
Requirements
Essential
Minimum of 6 months’ tenure within Quantanite (for internal applicants).
Proven track record of strong performance and attendance (95%+).
Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Prior experience coaching or leading others.
Advanced analytical capability with strong data storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite, with advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills including pivot tables and complex analysis.
Strong project and change management capability.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Highly organised, resilient, and outcomes-focused.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including senior-level reporting.
Ability to thrive in high-paced, evolving environments while maintaining governance and discipline.
Preferred
Experience working closely with senior operational and quality stakeholders.
Exposure to multi-campaign or multi-functional environments.
Strong expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including:
Lean / Six Sigma
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Value Stream Mapping
