Job Description

We are hiring a Content Strategy Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact content initiatives for enterprise clients. Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Editorial Direction

• Partner with clients to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and editorial themes.
• Lead the development of thought leadership, articles, whitepapers, and digital storytelling assets.
• Translate business goals into compelling content narratives for enterprise audiences.

Content Development & Execution

• Plan and oversee multi-channel content initiatives including web content, LinkedIn thought leadership, reports, and campaign assets.
• Work closely with writers, editors, designers, and video teams to ensure high editorial quality.
• Review and refine content to maintain clarity, brand voice, and strategic alignment.

Client Partnership

• Act as a trusted client advisor on content strategy and storytelling opportunities.
• Lead discussions around content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign messaging.
• Present strategic ideas and guide clients through the content development process.

Project Leadership

• Manage timelines, workflows, and production schedules for content projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to expand content initiatives and deepen client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5+ years experience in content strategy, editorial roles, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
• Strong background in writing, editing, or content development for digital platforms.

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
