We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can transform brand ideas into compelling storytelling ecosystems across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong editorial, journalism, or brand communication background who understands how to build narratives that connect deeply with audiences and drive long-term brand recall.

You will play a key role in shaping brand voice, developing meaningful content frameworks, and creating content experiences that feel authentic, engaging, and culturally relevant. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, storytelling expertise, and execution capability to build consistent and high-impact communication across channels.

The ideal candidate is someone who can identify the human insight behind a brand, convert it into memorable narratives, and create content systems that align with both audience expectations and business goals. You should be comfortable working closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure every piece of communication reflects a unified and intentional brand identity.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
• Build digital content ecosystems that support brand storytelling across multiple platforms and formats
• Create high-quality written content including long-form articles, campaign concepts, social media content, brand narratives, website copy, and messaging frameworks
• Translate brand strategy, positioning, and audience insights into compelling storytelling structures
• Define and maintain brand tone of voice, communication guidelines, and messaging consistency
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure alignment between verbal and visual storytelling
• Research audience behavior, market trends, and cultural conversations to create relevant and engaging content directions
• Contribute to campaign ideation, content planning, and communication strategies for brand-building initiatives
• Monitor content performance and optimize communication approaches based on engagement and audience response
• Bring fresh storytelling ideas and innovative content formats to strengthen brand visibility and audience connection
• Ensure all communication reflects clarity, originality, and strategic intent across touchpoints
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain content quality, consistency, and execution timelines

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in journalism, editorial writing, content strategy, brand communication, or related fields
• Strong storytelling ability with experience creating long-form narratives and meaningful brand content
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with writing and content execution
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, consumer behavior, and digital content trends
• Experience translating brand guidelines and positioning into scalable content systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional command of English
• Ability to create content that balances creativity with business and brand objectives
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with creative, design, and strategy teams
• Curiosity for culture, trends, and evolving digital communication formats
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously
• Background in Journalism, Mass Media, English Literature, Brand Communication, or a related discipline is preferred
• Passion for building brands through thoughtful storytelling and strategic communication
